Famous People I Have Met
Here is a list of famous people I have met in chronological order in my life.
Wil Wheaton:
Wil Wheaton asked me if we were gonna the Chevy’s happy birthday song at his table during my first job I ever worked at in the summer of 1996. I forgot to tell him how much I loved Stand By Me. I didn’t want to be a pesky fan. I didn’t get the chance to sing to his table, because I was at the host stand when it happened. My favorite thing I ever heard Wil Wheaton say was when he told the story about the producers of ST:TNG offered him a promotion to Lieutenant in lieu of a raise. LOL!
Ben Hertzberg:
My old friend Ben Hertzberg. I used to skate with him in college. Ben, I miss you man, if you read this, e-mail me!
Ron Jeremy:
Ron Jeremy – he autographed my hat at Hotel Ibiza back when I was in college. Nice man.
Jam Master Jay (RIP) :
I got his autograph at Cyberfest at the Hagenberger in Oakland many years ago.
Andre Hicks (RIP):
I was walking down Kearny in San Francisco and I looked down at the sidewalk and I saw this flyer for a Mac Dre show. It was on a weeknight and I had school the next day but I was going to go. It was in a small club off of Market St. and Golden Gate. I hung out with some buddies until they had to bounce. We watched Thizz entertainment bounce around on stage gettin’ stewy until after last call when Mac Dre finally took the stage and performed some of his tracks from Ronald Dregan including I’m Feeling Myself. It was awesome. After the show I walked up to him and said hello and patted him on the back and shook his paw. A month or so later, he was murdered in Kansas City.
Adam Lambert:
I went to Burning Man with Adam and friends in 2006.
Matt Barnes:
I went to high school with Matt and we had Spanish in Mr. Marelich’s class.
