Resembling ED-209 from the movie Robocop, this wearable Mechwarrior Robot Suit is real. Invented in Japan, the future is now. For only $300,000 you can get the 10+ foot tall Land Walker. It's even got airsoft vulcan cannons mounted on each side of it and it weighs in around 2,000 pounds.

Researchers at BAE systems have developed a technology that mimic's gecko feet. The feet of a gecko feature hairs that are so small that the develop molecular bonds with the surfaces that they come in contact with. One square meter of the stuff could hold my mom's hyundai to the ceiling. Real life Spider-man suits like these could possibly introduce humanity to new forms of sporting events.
