Monopoly is changing over to digital credit cards to manage the currency balance when playing the game. No more counting out cash and divying it up amongst your pals. Splendid. It does reflect the fact that our economy is no longer spurred on by gold bullion stashed away prodigiously in Fort Knox, but by lines of credit and balances of numbers with zeros behind them.
