Update!: I found more information about Google's RechargeIT project. Here is more info from the RechargeIT website:

'RechargeIT is an effort within Google.org that aims to reduce CO2 emissions, cut oil use, and stabilize the electrical grid by accelerating the adoption of plug-in electric vehicles. We have a demonstration fleet of plug-ins at our headquarters in Mountain View and make publicly available the statistics on the performance of those cars. Our vision is that one day millions of cars will be plugging into a greener grid.'

I have been engaged in a debate within my own head whether or not I should ditch Google Adsense ever since the split second I saw a Google Adsense text link on luckyclover.org asking the question 'Are You A Slacker Mom?'. Last month, this blog cost me less than fifty cents to host on my wonderful hosting provider nearlyfreespeech.net. Google Adsense generated more revenue than it cost me to host the site, which is why the text links continue to appear.
